Looking for the best drone under $300? With drones being so popular now, there are a lot of choices for you.

A couple of years ago, drones that cost less than $300 would not have been suitable for professional photography, however, with the demand for cheaper alternatives to the likes of DJI, there are a couple of this list that can record professional-level videos and shoot amazing still images.

This isn’t an exhaustive list, there are some very good drones that I have not included, but I do believe the first drone on this list the best drone you can purchase for under $300.

Something I want to mention is that the drones on this list all weigh over 250g, this is important to note especially if you live in the UK, Canada or the USA as it means you will need to register the drone even if you plan on just flying it for fun.

Most other countries do not require registration of your drone regardless of its weight unless you plan on using it for commercial reasons. Whatever the case may be, I still advise you to check what the rules and regulations are wherever you live just to make sure you are complying with the law.
